Our Covid-19 precautionary measures

The health and wellbeing of our staff and guests is our highest priority. As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are applying extra screening processes and hygiene measures to safeguard visitors to our practice.

For all of our safety, we ask you to fill in a Self-declaration prior to each massage (until further notice). If you are presenting any of the following symptoms relating to Covid-19 like Fever, Dry Cough or Difficulty Breathing, recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with coronavirus or travelled outside Australia in the last 2 weeks, then as a precautionary measure, we cannot massage you and we have to re-book your appointment.

We ask for your full support as we all have a shared responsibility to minimise the risk of exposure and protect our individual and collective health.

Prenatal Massage

Labour Preparation Massage

In just one morning or afternoon you will be prepared for the birthing experience. It will boost your confidence by providing many useful techniques to enhance your body’s own ability to have a natural, efficient and successful labour. You will learn breathing techniques, simple partner massage and give counter pressure. Afterwards you will feel confident and more connected with your birth partner knowing they have the tools to support you in your labour.

Baby Massage

Learn the right baby massage techniques and discover that massage can help your child settle, sleep better, reduce crying and relieve problems such as wind, colic, constipation, reflux and eczema. It even helps reduce post-natal depression. Massage is more than just relaxation; it is a perfect way to bond with your baby.
